Chiral perturbation theory for nucleon distribution amplitudes
Philipp Wein (Regensburg)
The talk treats extrapolation of lattice QCD data on hadronic observables for the specific case of nucleon distribution amplitudes. Those are relevant for the description of hard exclusive processes like p e- → p e- (form factor at large momentum transfer) or the weak decay of heavy mesons into baryons (e.g. Ψ → p p-bar).
Two-flavor BChPT is applied to determine the quark-mass dependence of the distribution amplitudes. The occurring low energy constants are fitted to QCDSF lattice data.
